I am very pleased to be a part of the wonderful staff at Heritage Adoption Services.  The joy I receive when I interview individuals who are wanting to grow their families through adoption is tremendous.  The excitement and anticipation radiates from their faces.  I know this feeling well as I  am a mother of  two adopted African American girls ages 13 and 10.  (Whew, where did the time go.) When I'm not doing home visits, I am a psychologist in private practice where I help adults working through life transitions. In my spare time (which isn't much) I love to go camping and hiking and I'm having fun learning to play the banjo.
