- Our family has been blessed with
four biological children and with four new additions from China.
Our adoption journey began in 2002 when my husband decided we had
a child waiting in China. Fast forward to today, our fourth child
recently arrived home through the help of Heritage Adoption
Services.

- Alyssa was listed on one of their
waiting child program lists from China due to a congenital heart
condition. All of our children adopted from China have joined our
family through the same program for a "waiting child" aka
"special need child." When we saw the list that Heritage received
from the CCAA, after one glance, my husband knew this certain
little girl was our daughter. We took another leap of faith and
claimed Hong Ying as our own.

- Heritage made the adoption
process, paperwork /dossier, waiting, travel preparation, and the
trip for my husband so effortless. We normally traveled together
for adoption trips, but this time Michael went alone to China to
meet Alyssa and bring her home. Vicki, Peggy, Thessie, and Kim
were a dream come true with all their experience in assisting us
from start to finish. They were very encouraging through all the
waiting which probably means the most to an adoptive parent. The
guides in China were super! Kathy, in China, was beyond belief
with how well everything was planned and how smoothly the
adoption process was completed in every city. Heritage was very
flexible with our wishes at travel time. They always kept our
best interest in mind during every phase of the journey.
