When we contacted Heritage, every person we spoke with was friendly, informed and straight-forward. Every question we asked was answered almost immediately. Every fear or nervous feeling was patiently addressed. We finished our paperwork for a minority adoption by the end of October.

Scott called us in less than month with a possible birth mom. Within a week we were in Florida picking up our daughter, Gabriella Hope Elizabeth. Throughout the entire process, Scott was in touch with us with encouragement and well wishes. We would most definitely recommend Heritage without a doubt. In our view, Heritage brought our daughter to us!
